During last winter, myself and a mate, Mike, spent a fair few nights out in Glasgow city centre, just trying different shots, in lots of different styles.

The night I took this, all we wanted to get was something a bit unusual, slightly candid, and somehow saying “Glasgow”. First stop was the Blue Lagoon chippy, as I was famished…
