Just back from a really spectacularly nice weekend in Dundee, at the wedding of our friends Mike & Sarah. Thanks to laterooms.com we got a bargain for the Dundee Apex, so it really was a weekend away. Both Amanda and I wish Mike and Sarah all the best for the future, and were genuinely touched by an excellent ceremony.

The new camera managed well too, making a good job of some tricky metering situations: wedding dresses and dark kilts combined, as well as a dimly-lit reception hall. Definitely need to get that 50mm f1.8 but I got a few shots I’m happy with, and thats what matters!
