Me Watching You Watching Me.

Me Watching You Watching Me.

I’m going to try and continue my series of Glasgow parkland shots… This was taken in Queens Park again, on Saturday morning. It’s always busy on Saturdays due to the Farmers Market, which features cut-price produce from farms all over Scotland.

The photo I really wanted to take was my neighbour, holding a bowling-ball sized broccoli he got for just £1.20 ($2 for my US audience). How any one man could eat that much broccoli is beyond me. Still, a bargain’s a bargain.

I was just setting this shot up, when the cyclist came into the frame, stopped, then took a photo of me.

Your title reminds me of a ‘line’ a guy used to say, to the cashiers at the grocery store I used work at. “Im here to check you out, checking me out, checking you out.”

The trees up there have changed colour much earlier than the trees down there. What an amazing colour!
