Aftermath.

Aftermath.

It’s been a busy old weekend – I was out on Saturday at the local fireworks, which, for the record, was a bit of a waste of time :-(

However, after the fireworks finished, and the crowds disperesed I was left with this, which for some reason I rather liked. I am getting kinda intrigued by the whole red-sky thing though – does this not happen in everyone’s city?

Oh, and I’m trying to do more shots similar to the previous one, but it’s tough, and doesn’t come naturally to me… :-) More soon I hope.

Really cool picture Alan. You’ve made something very ordinary look interesting.

I love the angle of this one, and the kids standing around like that is really great. I rather like this shot, also.

This is fab. I love the way the light bounces off the bin and the few leaves scattered on the grass.

Ace. Keep up the good work and stop thinking too much about it :)

Thanks folks… My mate Mike didn’t really “get it”, that I was jumping up and down with excitement about this shot… The bin is lit from the side by an enormous flat screen TV about 50 meters away.

I’m officially not thinking about photos any more!
