Necropolis.

Necropolis.

Mike and I ventured into Glasgow’s Necropolis tonight. It’s a bit of a risk as the place is a no-go area at night – groups of teenagers go there to drink, and fight, away from the city centre, with visitors not being very welcome at all!

However it was a great shoot, and we’re back in one piece. I was experimenting a little too, using up a spool of slide film I’ve had for a few months now. Interesting to see how it comes out – I’ve been using my dads (hi dad!).

Apologies at not posting more frequently – I know from the server reports that plenty of folk are still frequently popping by, and am sorry you’re not getting daily new images… I’ve been busy trying to get a bit fitter for this years Speyside Challenge, a non-stop 50 mile charity hike. Things don’t look like they’ll be changing any time soon, however I want to update as often as possible anyway…

All I can say is watch this space, and I’ll post images as often as possible!

Very nice. Looks almost daylight. I like the shadows from the grave stones.

This is a wonderful vantage point. It’s funny how all the stones are crammed together up there. Beautiful shot and wonderful colours.
