The Edge of the Woods.
Was awake at 6am this morning, so I decided I really ought to take puppy out for a long walk across the Cathkin Braes behind our house.
The light this morning was phenomenal - so soft and crisp, it seemed the countryside was alive with detail. I took this as a casual snap, but was really happy with how it came out… so it’s here!

I had googled for my own website and yours popped up first. Some great photos - fantastic light. Funnily enough my wife is an Amanda as well. If you’ve a minute you could look at some of my photos on Flickr. We live in kingskettle in Fife. Regards Alan

I do like trees, probably one of my favourite subjects. These are well composed and have great light.
